The technician arrived on time, was professional and really efficient with the fire extinguisher inspection and the fire safety equipment check. Katanya was absolutely amazing she's funny, friendly and so easy to work with she made the entire process feel effortless and honestly felt like chatting with a friend rather than conducting business. Cheniel was friendly and made sure we got all the paperwork right and even gave us tips on keeping the equipment up to date.The technician who came out was professional as well which was a comfort since I was allowing him in my building.
