By accessing or using Pro Kitchen Hub (the "Directory"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Directory.

2. Nature of the Directory

The Directory is a business directory that lists commercial kitchen equipment suppliers, service providers (installers, repairers, cleaners, inspectors, and similar), and food and ingredient suppliers for restaurants and other food service businesses. It is provided for information and research purposes only. Pro Kitchen Hub is not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business, and we do not sell, ship, install, repair, or inspect equipment or food products ourselves.

3. No Endorsement or Warranty

Listings in the Directory do not constitute an endorsement of any business. We do not verify the quality, safety, legality, regulatory status, or food-safety compliance of any product or service offered by a listed business.

The Directory is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Customer reviews and ratings are provided by third parties and reflect the experiences and opinions of those reviewers. We do not independently verify them.

4. Your Use of the Directory

You may use the Directory for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Directory, attempt to access restricted areas, scrape listings at scale for commercial resale, or otherwise interfere with its operation.

You must not reproduce or redistribute Directory listings or content in bulk without our prior written consent.

5. Independent Transactions

Any agreement, purchase, rental, repair, installation, inspection, or other arrangement you enter into with a listed business is solely between you and that business. We bear no liability for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from such arrangements, including product defects, delivery failures, food safety issues, or service quality.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Kitchen Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Directory or reliance on its content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Directory's name, logo, and original content are owned by or licensed to Pro Kitchen Hub. Business names, logos, and product information belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the Directory after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from use of the Directory shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
