We recently hired Edmond Huang to perform an inspection of a condominium. He was very friendly, professional, easy going and punctual. What was very surprising and refreshing was how thorough his inspection was. He literally inspected every inch of the condo and pretty sure he left no stone unturned. Edmond was able to detect the most minute imperfections that most of us would never even notice. I knew we hire the right person the moment he started his inspection with telling me the wood floor was slightly off shade from constant sun exposure because of how the furnitures were laid out.
