I own a deli in queens . Had fan for hood installed last year. Worked great but then motor went After 1 year. Warranty was over but since it was just over a year they came and replaced the motor. I believe the belt was too tight the first time and caused stress on the bearings. They replaced it no charge and adjusted the belt. I'm glad they support their product and didn't give me any stress when a problem arose. I recommend them highly. They stand behind their work.
