Please please please<br>Avoid corporates like this. They got me in so much trouble that I have to pay an arm and a leg in fire watch services, for panel replacements and upgrades that I cannot begin to explain. Very unprofessional.

Tried to get information on a product sent to our company and Mindy in the customer service should not be working with customers. Poor communication skills with no knowledge of how to help. Would not recommend.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!<br><br>We've been waiting for 2 years for AFA to finish our fire alarm system. We are currently OUT OF BUSINESS thanks to AFA! not responsive and completely unorganized, AFA has no respect for small business owners specially when they are women of color.<br><br>Our dreams and our business gone thanks to this company. Even FDNY told us on the phone that not only did they abandon the plans at some point last year but that nobody was monitoring anything.

Very sad to say - have had a horrible time with AFA. Multiple missed appointments, emails with no responses after weeks, service technicians showing up without the correct equipment. It's been frustratingly rough time with this vendor. We have been a paying client for years and feel completely let down.

You get what you pay for, and there is a reason they are so cheap.<br>Very poor service after install
