Judy F was able to assist with a refund for an order I was unable to accept due to circumstances outside of my control. She was very understanding and helpful, was able to save me some money in refund costs as well which is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be return customer.

I had a great experience with AJMadison & my sales associate, Jonathan Gold, who helped me with ordering all appliances for an apartment renovation. He was thorough, called out any issues with my choices, offered alternatives & competitive pricing, which helped in the overall decision to go with AJM for our appliance needs. After more than one month of trying to resolve this matter, I am extremely disappointed with how my case has been handled.<br><br>To date, I have incurred more than $8,000 in damages to my home as a direct result of a defective refrigerator. Throughout this process, I have repeatedly felt pressured to accept a broken appliance rather than being provided with the replacement or resolution that any reasonable customer would expect.<br><br>My experience with Gittsy has been incredibly frustrating. Communication has been inconsistent, my concerns have not been taken seriously, and I have been told
