Cons and Liars<br>Avoid if possible.<br><br>Alfa was the importer of a slushy machine I purchased for 2500. I experienced electrical issues that resulted in the machine being ruined.<br>I went through a very lengthy and unprofessional runaround with Alfa for a warranty replacement. After two months of back and forth a rep at Alfa stated that the issue was electrical and fell under the 5 year warranty and that a replacement was being shipped out. I was told I'd have a tracking number emailed to me. After no tracking email was sent I reached back out. I was told by customer service that no repla

will never buy from this i plp i purchased a part for my dough mixer and after the fact they took all the information they call me next day to tell me the card has some wrong with it.more or less i find out a gay took the number on a piece of paper! and they processes later what world they live in! and they call me next day to tell me that. leaving a message on my voice-male and i call back the guy i bought the part from he never answer my call had to talk to some one else and they send me the wrong part and they are very rude.

What a great company. I remember the first time I walked through their doors Susan was so helpful. Great customer service. Very product knowledgeable. Susan is always over extending herself.
