Sean helped us last year to clear up two DOB violations related to a vehicle accident that damaged our parents' home. He provided a structural assessment report and guided us through every step of the project. He even helped us find another contractor when our original contractor could not complete the repairs. Sean is just incredible. Easy 5 stars, no need to look elsewhere.<br><br>The first engineer on our renovation project designed a structural window plan that was plagued with issues from the start, from unnecessary DOB permitting applications to contractors who said the plan would cost a "fortune," even it was even possible to enact.<br><br>After calling 10+ other firms for a second opinion, every other engineering team said they could not make a better plan and we were stuck.
