Dear Customer Service Team,<br>I am writing to formally complain about my experience with your store on june 9th 2026. The store was scheduled to close at 6:00 p.m., and despite calling ahead, I arrived just a few minutes before closing, only to find the store already shut. I was told that the staff were tired and needed to leave, which was both frustrating and inconvenient, as I made a special effort to arrive on time. Desafortunadamente soy una persona con el tiempo muy justo y siempre que vengo a comprar cosas aqui es despues de las 5pm han sido 3 ocasiones que e venido 5:40pm y ya estan las puertas cerradas si van a cerrar antes de su hora cambien sus horarios y no pongan que cierran a la 6pm
