Nick did a fantastic job.. he made sure everything was working properly before he left my store... im very happy he was sent to correct my problem...
I wanted to take a minute to acknowledge Americolds company size vs the way they care for their customers. Usually with a company this large you'd think you'll be overlooked and under appreciated.. not the case here. We were treated by Americold as if they are a family run company, not just by the technicians Pablo & Brendan but especially by Jessika. The time she took with me today to needle point review the history of our services rendered was SO kind. She was detailed but beyond friendly and so efficient. Americold is very lucky to have her in charge of their accounts. Thank you Jessika!
