Attias Oven Corp.

This is my go to for my equipment repairs and services. The boss is always on site, at 75 years young. A pro and a gentlemen who doesn't look a day over 50. The Attias team are all kind and knowledgeable in what they do.

Purchased a Blodgett oven two months ago, and it's been making noise since day one. Reaching Simon was nearly impossible--after two months, he finally answered and took zero responsibility. His only offer was to "call Blodgett himself." No support, no accountability. Extremely disappointing experience. Will never purchase from this company again.

Their equipment is crap. The customer service is crap. There are rude, unprofessional, and scammers. They are the only company I've dealt with in the past 10 years that do not have a willing to provide part numbers for their parts that is a big red flag, that means either they get their parts from a different supplier and then they resell it to usor they don't want you to know the apartment number so you cannot get it anywhere else which is a huge problem don't buy from them, don't talk to them. Don't use their equipment just don't.

Very rude, whenever I call customer service on any questions. The guy (owner) hangs up while I am talking.

I recently visited Attias store for bakery and restaurant equipment, and while their selection was decent, I was disappointed with the service. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, and spoke to me in a rude and unpleasant manner. Overall, I did not have a positive experience at Attias and would not recommend this store to others.
