I was the highest bidder and the clock kept resetting 3 times in a row. That's very fishy. Most likely insider trading to bump up the price. They also have it listed as Orginal price New $2900+ when in fact you can order it online for $1400 with free delivery. Definitely won't be shopping here.

I had to sell an extensive amount of equipment. I was so happy with how well Jesse did at Auction Factory in Cleveland, OH. They went above and beyond to get it right the first time. I have dealt with other auction companies in the past and they are by far the best I have ever dealt with. They go into detail to seperate your items you sell to get the most out of it. Most auction companies just throw a bunch of stuff together and you get less. If I could give higher than five I would. Well beyond my expectations. So Nice

I have been attempting to get a resolution to the items that were paid for but never received. I have contacted Russell Cross by contact form and by phone, but he refuses to reply. Update today3/18/25 attempted to call about items and because I left a bad review Russell refused to do anything. I'm reporting this to my local police as well as the companies police and filing theft over state lines.
