I've been very disappointed with the service lately. Our machine broke, and they won't replace it unless we sign a new, more expensive contract. This makes no sense--we just need a working machine. We've received lip service from a technician, but he hasn't serviced the machine on a regular basis. Additionally, we haven't received any service, so we're out of chemicals. At this point, you're better off purchasing the machine yourself. I DO NOT recommend this company.
