The worst customer service ever. Absolutely horrible. Office manager is a sad joke. Imagine NOT calling to tell customer (a restaurant closed for 3 months!) that they aren't delivering until $2000 balance is paid. She said she was too busy to call. That's what she said! All over $2000?! Offered check or credit card over phone she said no delivery until money clears and is in the bank? What??? Not our first issue with them. They would rather leave you with no soap than call and ask for a check. Never heard from owner or manager JP after they sold us on how great a company they were - 7 years ag
The service guys are very professional. They pop in regularly to maintain the equipment and refill our chemicals. They also respond promptly to any issues we encounter.
