TERRIBLE avoid at all costs. We paid over $6k to replace the heat exchanger in our Alto Shaam Combi oven which we were told would make our oven work. Now, not only does the oven not work, but another technician from bi-county says the sheet metal wall that this part was attached to has a crack and is compromised. This was never mentioned while bi-county was originally recommending, ordering, or installing the new $6k part. The company takes zero responsibility for their own negligence. First don't buy anything used from them, they sell you a garbage to make money with the change of pieces for the machine, the technician break more pieces than you operator, bad technician one technician say one thing should be change the other said no, they are very good charging you money, use Hobart product is better and better warranty. The mistake of my life was buy from this company don't trust them!
