Site stated "mauve" sprinkles with attached picture which was a lavendar. Ordered 10lb. When received box printed purple and sprinkles were dark purple. Contacted support ,was told "mauve" is a shade of purple but could return at my cost with a 6% restock fee! So Im pretty much stuck. First time using company and will be the last. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered donut sugar. It is a very expensive product. I received the 4 bags I ordered. Apparently they broke down a larger bag to fill my order. There were no ingredients listed on the packaging and no expiration or best by date on the package. When I contacted customer service, Daniel Zeitouni responded to my call and definitely sounded bothered that he was having to do his job. He emailed me a spec sheet for the ingredients but has not sent the expiration date associated with different lot numbers on the bags. If you can print lot numbers on the bags, why can't you also print the expiry dat

I had a great experience. 50lb flour shipped in two days and delivered on the fourth day. Flour date was brand new, quality and packaging was good. I'll def be ordering from bakersauthority again.

My 1st time buying from here was the best find ever. I ordered cannoli chips, rink ball cookies and strawberry bits. Boxed with bubble wrap inside a box, secured and marked fragile. Fresh, flavors are amazing this is a supply superficial, i have a small cottage kitchen and this type of quality and service is exactly what I needed
