We had an extremely disappointing experience with BARO Services and would never recommend them for servicing commercial kitchen equipment.<br><br>Originally, both of our fryers were having issues maintaining temperature. BARO sent a technician out who replaced the thermostats, which initially appeared to resolve the issue. I called Baro Service for immediate repair on our refrigerated van and they responded with no issues. The Technician that arrived Mr. Vel Yefimets was very professional and polite. He new what he was doing and left me at easy. He was able to determine the problem and was able to get the correct parts and come back and fix it the same day.
