My husband made an appointment for July 1st, which resulted in a no show. Followed by a rescheduling for July 5th, which also resulted in a no show. To be excused one more time for a later date, which... well that too was a no show. With receipts and text messages to confirm the details, to boot. I left a polite voicemail, but there was no call back for days. At this point we are on to a different vendor.

I highly recommend Peter and his team. He did a thorough cleaning, and also replaced a grill knob valve all under 1.5 hours. The grill is so clean, and is as good as new. He was very prompt and responsive throughout, and I will always use him going forward for any grill-maintenance needs.

Fantastic job!!! Pete & crew came to clean my grill and I couldn't be happier! The grill looks and now functions like brand new. Called him to repair a grill. He told me to order the parts and then ghosted me. I've called him 5 times over the course of 2 weeks and not one return phone call or text. Horrible customer service.
