The guy that answers the phone Jeremy bad communication and bad customer service. Says he's coming one time and then he comes another time. Never answers the phone when he supposed to they say they pay top dollar not sure at all. Our deal never went through thank Goodness because I wind up posting it and wind up getting so much more. Beware of selling stuff to this business.

We worked Beast to get equipment from our restaurant. They did a great job at getting us great price on the equipment. The quote came quickly. When it came to delivery, they showed up and brought all the equipment in. They brought the wrong fryer with them and the wrong flat top. They told me the flat top was the same as the one I had order just a different brand so I should keep it. They had to bring a guy out to swap out the fryer for the correct one. When they installed the pizza ovens, they forgot to put in the stones so someone had to come out and install the stones. None of the stones si
