Very good experience, good packing,best company, best products.
I received an expired, unusable product. Seller said they'd give me a refund. No refund came. They apparently buy old expired bulk product, get your money and then ignore you. I ordered through Amazon and when I never received my refund, Amazon informed me that they are no longer selling on Amazon. BUYER BEWARE.
Tampered with mail that was not in their name nor address. Staff admitted to opening my package that was wrongly delivered there and still refused to give back package contents. mail theft it a federal crime.
I placed an order through Amazon and there was an error with the order. I received incredibly poor customer service that amounted to: oh well, too bad.
