I brought in three fire extinguishers to have them inspected. The lady explained that they required inspection and also told me that even if I purchased brand-new extinguishers, they would still need to be inspected. I'm honestly not sure about that information because I've been hearing different things from the city and from the business, so there seems to be some conflicting information.<br><br>Overall, I dropped off all three extinguishers, and they were ready for pickup within a few days. I don't normally leave a one star review for a local business since I am one of those advocates for local businesses to be supported rather than going into a corporate.<br>However, when this business does not appreciate new customers. Excellent service at this location. My baby sister and I dropped off 10 fire extinguishers for service and received an impromptu fire safety lesson with Vinny and Fabio. Friendly employees with patience and education to share. We will continue to use this company.

Excellent customer service. As soon as I walked in the door I noticed how friendly the staff was and how easy it was to get my tanks scheduled for service. I am part of the Saddle Brook Volunteer Ambulance Corps and having a company this close to our HQ is extremely efficient, plus it is a bonus when the company is helpful and quick on the turnaround times. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
