I had such a great experience with CSI! Responsive, thorough, professional. A bit pricier than I expected but I understand why. Not only were they attentive to what I wanted to prioritize in my inspection, but I was able to ask their advice for trusted contacts in the city to do the necessary repairs.
It was the first time I was using Clear Sight Inspections - they had a person named Britney Hinds come, who was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable about all the small details of what things to fix/ inspect and provided recommendations as to how to fix things. It was also an incredibly hot day, which did not stop her from climbing up to the rooftop to do her due diligence in checking the roof and then also the report written was also delivered timely manner. I was very satisfied with Britney at CSI and the standard package. Thank you.

I recently had a home inspection done by Andre Schilha at ClearSite Inspections and the experience was outstanding. Andre took his time, explained everything clearly, and shared a lot of helpful tips and tricks about maintaining the home. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and very friendly throughout the entire inspection. I truly felt like I was in great hands and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home or commercial inspection.
