Since providing payment to Consumers for my cabinets I have received extremely poor service. I went with Consumers assuming that I would have better luck and higher quality service than going with a big box store, so I paid the premium. At this point, I know this was a mistake.<br><br>I was told I would be contacted by our cabinet manufacturer 3 weeks ago. It has taken multiple back and forth emails and phone calls with our rep to get any information on progress, and I still have no idea what is going on. I do not know if this is an issue with Consumers back office, or the location itself.<br>
