Day & Nite is the ONLY repair service I call for my Refrigeration Appliances. Their technician, Mr. Wing is awesome! He has repaired broken refrigeration lines that needed a recharge and soldering, repaired condenser cooling fans, installing new automatic door closing springs.<br>Their Team Manager Alissa responds quickly and calls me if there are any updates. She is extremely professional and helpful
These guys charged me $750 for coming out and doing nothing and then refused to explain themselves until I called them six different times. Kept telling me "we'll call you back" but never did. They initially told me if I hired a plumber to fix a couple things they could help me get my machine replaced under warranty, then refused to help once I did what they told me to. Glad I was able to report them to Manitowoc for being scammy.
