I will never work with this company again! Several months ago I called and gave my exact fridge model and brand and was given a suggestion on which gaskets I should order after explaining that I had scoured the internet and could not find the correct part number for the gaskets that I needed.<br>I received the recommended gaskets which did not fit any fridge that I have. I immediately reached out and asked if I could exchange them, which proved to be extremely difficult. Every time for the last 7 years, always great customer service and great product. We use them for of our kitchens. They always pickup the phone and help us get the correct gaskets.

These are the facts. They will try to spin it to make me look like an idiot, but these are the facts. I entered my coolers model number on THEIR web site. THEIR web site produced a part number to order. I ordered it. It would not fit. I very politely corresponded with the company. They told me I ordered the wrong number. The manufacturer changed the gasket design. They insisted it was my fault and refused to do anything except discount an additional order, even though it was THEIR website that produced the part number for me to order. Buyer beware with these people.

I don't leave reviews, these guys need the attention- Best prices online, same day shipping, I put the wrong address in to the order, emailed them and they called me within 5 minutes and emailed me immediately. Great customer service. They don't mess around and I will always keep coming back.
