Eagle Kitchen Ventilation does a great job cleaning the exhaust hood and fan in our restaurant. They come every few months and are very professional with their services. The exhaust is on the roof which is 5 stories up and luckily they have the equipment to get up there and clean inside the access panels thoroughly. We need more companies like this!
