My name is Patil I bought new ice cream machine and they give me new machines inside broken one naver run one time for whole day they giving me so much hard time to fix the machine when I was in warranty!<br>The guy from tach department give me some numbers for who goona come to fix<br>The guy came from company he still the part of machine I will file the complaint against them

I have had the best experience working with Joe and Electrofreeze. They have always gone above and beyond to help me with any questions or problems. They are quick to come to my shop which says a lot seeing as though I'm in CT and they are in NY/NJ. I would recommend 100%!

This review is for Paul. The parts cost a lot of money but it will be not that bad if you have a kind person to help you. I want to appreciate Paul to help us order parts on ice cream machine.
