Empire Bakery Equipment

I'm a small business owner who never leaves less than 5 stars, but these guys have completely fallen off a cliff. I used them exclusively for my first bakery back in 2019 and the experience was genuinely great. Fast-forward to my second location that opened in December 2025 -- what a disaster.<br>The oven has already been down THREE times in just four months, and it still doesn't work right because the installation was never done properly. I bought a refurbished sheeter from them too. I specifically asked the sales rep what usually goes wrong so I could keep parts on hand. His exact words? "Th

Everyone is very accommodating and professional when they're trying to sell you something (we spent a couple of days there trying equipment).<br>Forget about their professionalism once you actually purchase something though.<br>Their customer service is non existent!
