First time using this buisness ( had a small hicup with communication ) Joe Called me and made it right ( which was greatly appreciated ) gentleman came cleaned our unit, it is back up running great , Great job guys .
Very responsive and great service
As an owner of multiple restaurants finding a commerical equipment repair company like ERI is a diamond in the rough. I have fixed my fryers and grill with them and it couldn't be more than professional. They have even helped me over the phone and saved me a service call. Ive learnt the hard way that you get what you pay for!!
