We came across Erika Record Baking Equipment at the 2019 International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) in Las Vegas. Their entire staff went above and beyond to guide us through all of their equipment based on our needs. Our small dessert shop, Xielo Artisan Desserts, was looking for a sheeter to help our production be more efficient. A few months after the expo I got in contact with Patricia Juncal Luques, Head Sales Consultant with experience as an international Pastry Chef.
