Went to place an order online yet the "add to cart" button wasn't working. I would click it and none of the products I was trying to order would add to a cart. I assumed the website might be experiencing technical issues, so I decided to call the store to see if the site was down and if I could place an order over the phone. A woman asked for my address, and upon giving it to her she said "this is a mistake." and hung right up on me. I wasn't sure what happened so I called back. As a customer, I had a great experience with F&J Sales Corp. Their prices are excellent, and the quality of the products exceeded my expectations. The customer service was friendly and attentive--they made the whole process easy from start to finish. Everything was well-organized, I'll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!
From a truck driver perspective,<br><br>Out of all the places I've been to in NYC, this is probably the easiest place to get to that's in the city. I took 95-N to exit 4a then rode Sheridan Blvd all the way down to Halleck St. I got here early around 5-6am to avoid the traffic on the GW bridge. You can park along the street in front of the receiving building which is located on Halleck St. The receiving department doesn't open up until 8am.
