Ruben responded to our inquiry right away and was very flexible with availability. He was extremely thorough and took his time inspecting our home. As first time home buyers, this was much appreciated! He explained everything in the report to us. He also sent us the report right after he was finished. You can tell he's passionate for his job and loves what he does. We would definitely recommend him!
