Joe is the ultimate professional
I opened a business this year and went to FL for some equipment and Joe was great and super informative and helpful.
FLRE and Joe were super helpful as I outfitted my small coffee shop kitchen and FOH; I needed a very specifically-sized pastry case, and though none were in stock locally, Joe went through a connection to locate a perfect candidate and have it shipped up, all for well within my budget. I appreciated the effort and research put in to get us what we needed, and the whole team were a pleasure to work with. We'll circle back for future equipment needs!
