I had a 15 year dishwasher that had served me very well but was starting to give me problems. Formid 360 did a diagnostic and a repair to remedy one of the problems but further different problems occurred and ultimately parts for repair and seals were no longer in production by the manufacturer Viking. I was frustrated about this as I had already spent money on the diagnostic and repair but ultimately the dishwasher was just too old and no longer could source parts. Ilya understood my frustration and sourced a slightly used /near new dishwasher and installed it at no charge. That dishwasher is
Filed BBB complaint against these crooks. Not only were the technician late to the appointment, but he almost damaged the fridge by tilting it. Then he wanted over $1000 to fix it, knowing a brand-new fridge doesn't cost this much. When I asked, he said it was due to the labor, which was almost $700. Insane!
