I recently had the chance to work with Golden I Construction INC, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the smoothest experiences I've had with a contractor. We hired them for a home renovation project that we had been putting off for years because we were worried about delays and hidden costs.

We used Golden I for a complete gut renovation of our 2 bed, 2 bath coop on the Upper East Side. From day 1, Tony and the team were responsive and professional. Working in a coop can often times be a huge headache but with Tony at your disposal, you know someone has your best interests at heart and will make sure there are no speed bumps. Golden I just completed a renovation of our kitchen and painted the rest of our apartment, and I could not be more pleased with the process and the results!
