Good detailed report but not very responsive.<br><br>For a month I kept asking them if I they could accompany me for the final walk through pre closing. 2 days before the closing they told me they for insurance reasons they couldn't walk through with me. That just sounds strange but I take their word for it. Had they told me the same thing when I first reached out to them I would have made a different arrangement.

Highly recommend. It was easy to schedule a home inspection and Paul was extremely thorough and professional. He proactively discussed things that he saw and kindly gave me helpful advice and insight during the walkthrough. His experience was evident. The inspection report and responses to a few follow-up questions that I had were both shared in a very timely manner.

Can't say enough good things about the guys I worked with here. Not only were they incredibly thorough in the whole process, they took their time to explain to me any of their concerns and what I should do to take care of them. They also provide a great and easy to understand follow up report that you can reference back to for whenever you need. If you need a home inspection prior to buying a house, or for any matter, I would absolutely recommend GreenLink in a heartbeat.
