Ed Frank is a very knowledgeable inspector/engineer.<br>He provides exceptional service and a very detailed report. He and his staff are responsive, easy to reach and overall great people. We have purchased multiple homes and Ed has been the best inspector we have used. He is an engineer which makes him more qualified than a regular home inspector. If you are buying a home, I would highly recommend him.
Ed Frank was the inspector that came to inspect a new unit that I was planning to purchase. Ed was professional and held a professional-level of skepticism (not relying on building management, etc.). The report I received was comprehensive and easy to understand.

We originally found Inspectamerica online when we bought our first home and Ed the engineer went through the home very thoroughly and answered all of our questions.
