A previous reviewer said they only sell to restaurants. It appears there may have been a language barrier with the woman he spoke to and she misunderstood and perhaps thought he was asking if they sell restaurant supplies because they do in fact sell retail to anyone even if they don't have a restaurant. The first floor is their warehouse and on the second floor is their showroom. You need to go upstairs all the way on the left if you want to buy retail. I bought lovely decorations for my wall and an apron! I was helped by Winston and Jason and they both speak fluent English and super nice and

I have no issues with the place but be aware that despite what another reviewer says they are NOT open to individual customers. I tried to go buy a few plates for my new apartment because I liked what I saw on their website. However, the woman at the front told me they are only open to restaurants and businesses

The owner is exceedingly kind and warm-hearted. My friend and I just stumbled across this place wanting to buy a couple plates, but despite being a wholesale seller mainly catering to restaurants, he took so much time and care into helping us find what we needed, even going as far as to suggesting many other stores for items that we wanted but he didn't have. Highly recommend if you're looking for anything related to Japanese restaurants - plates, ramen bowls, cups, chef's knives, utensils, etc!
