Design was smooth, everything else since then has been a total disaster. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Don't expect a return phone call or anything truthful to come from these people.

Warning: Avoid KBS at all costs.<br><br>I hired KBS for what was supposed to be a straightforward kitchen renovation. Prior to engaging and giving my initial deposit, they promised an estimated 12-16 weeks of total construction time. We are currently in week 24 with an additional estimated time to complete of 10-12 weeks due to cabinet delivery (which may have further delays). Even after the initial 12 weeks, the project was still in the beginning stages with no clear schedule, accountability, or progress. When questioned about the cabinet delay, they blamed "lack of workers after COVID " --wh

Do not trust KBS Kitchen and don't hire them. Poor workmanship and three times the original time frame of completion; and still 40% to go.

I couldn't be happier with Kathleen's help in designing my mother's kitchen. She made the entire process so much easier by listening to my ideas and bringing them to life in the most beautiful design. Kathleen was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and providing numerous samples. Their showroom is vast and truly aids in making decisions for your home. If you're planning a kitchen remodel, ask for Kathleen, she's like having an interior decorator without the extra cost!

Super Happy with our new kitchen cabinetry and remodel<br><br>We just finished a full kitchen cabinet remodel and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. The new cabinets came out perfect and my designer Kathleen did a great job designing our space- they're not only beautiful, but way more functional than what we had before.<br>The entire team at KBS was attentive and really easy to talk to.<br>Eddie did a great job overseeing the project.
