They took my hood grates and replaced them with what seems like older, nasty ones. I don't know why they didn't just clean mine and why they replaced them, with non new ones. The worker left a big mess and when I asked if that was normal, they said no and sent him back the next day to clean it, he just used my own mop on the grease and filled my mop with grease I had to throw it out
I appreciated how respectful and easygoing the technician was. He worked around our prep schedule and made sure the whole exhaust line got a proper deep clean. The difference was so obvious that even my cook asked who we hired.
