I bought a Marchia MDC161 countertop refrigerated display case three years ago from Kitchenall and it has been great. I recently got in touch with them to source a part for a repair and they connected me to USR Marchia, where Vlad and Gary have been helping me get the part needed. We have always had a very positive experience with purchasing from Kitchenall. They are very transparent and the equipment we get is exactly what we see on the website. They even proactively call us to ensure the products we ordered will work for us. For example, when we ordered our ranges and griddles, they called us to confirm that we have Natural gas connection and not propane. The shipping also is very fast and delivery is always on time.
