Ordering process was very easy and with great confirmation. Lewis called to confirm that he had the items in stock, explained the shipment date and details. Then before accepting the order he had me confirm in writing what I wanted to order before posting the charge to my credit card. He also provided detailed instructions for how to receive the shipment, what to do and say, when to reject, and when to accept. Great experience to this point.
