We're extremely satisfied with the 16" Gas Cheung Fun Steamer with automatic water fill-in, purchased from L&T Restaurant Equipment Inc. This piece of equipment has dramatically improved the consistency and speed of our rice noodle rolls. The automatic water refill function is a game changer. It saves us time and ensures the steaming process is smooth and uninterrupted. It's well-constructed and easy to clean. Customer service was excellent, answering our technical questions and helping us get it up and running quickly.
