they never processed my order and never responded to my emails. WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO OTHERS!!!!!

Run from this company. Very unreliable company. Don't even think about ordering anything that is back ordered. I ordered a product in early April 2020 that was back ordered. I was charged the full amount on the day of order. It's now early September, 5 months later, and the product is still not available. Total waste of time.

Regarding items that are backordered :<br>Lions Deal charges your credit card immediately and expects you to remember...wait...hope that your items will be sent to you SOME DAY.<br>I requested to not be charged, and instead they cancelled my order because "we charge your credit card at the point of sale."<br>In other words they reserve the right to just take your money.

Retired and on a tight budget, but needing to obtain trays for our first family reunion in almost 10 years, I called Lionsdeal and spoke with Ethan. He went above and beyond to help me with my budget limits to ensure I received the best price possible without sacrificing the quality of the trays. He even saved my information for me in order for me to have time to think about going through with my order. When I called back two or three days later he was all over it, even politely putting up with several interruptions on my end (dogs, people at the door, etc.). I cannot say enough how refreshing
