Haven't received knives I paid for. And they sent me an invalid tracking number. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company. I got scammed....
Quality is better than I expected. I use one at work. It holds an edge better than my name brand daily.<br>Customer service is top notch. They will answer questions right away. I will definitely be a returning customer .
Absolute horror to deal with these people every I ordered from them 4 times the first time was shorted knives the second time the epoxy handles were cracked the third time I was shorted again then they get mad when you call them to get your product what you ordered after they sent me the knives that were shorted. I was assured that this would never happen again and the fourth time I ordered UPS put the delivery on hold because they said it was a fraudulent action with the company. Then they re-delivered or tried to redeliver with UPS again, and that went on hold again for the same reason Then
Just got my knives and I couldn't be happier. I will be a repeat customer for sure. All the knives came with a quality sheath as well. The price was well worth the knives.
3rd World quality at best!! Don't waste your money unless you want throw away knives. Just git mine and am very disappointed.<br>John
