(1 estrella)<br><br>Very disappointed with my experience at this place. I placed an order using the exact item number they provided, and they assured me I would receive the correct product. However, when the delivery arrived, it was completely wrong.<br><br>I immediately called them to explain the situation and asked if I could either exchange the item or get a refund. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they told me there was nothing they could do--no exchange, no refund.
