I highly recommend using NPI for your home inspection needs. The whole team was professional, accommodating, and responsive. I received an appointment and report of the inspection quickly. The format for their inspection report is professional and easy to read. Providing results and recommendations for any concerns noted. You will not be disappointed! Mike was very professional, meticulous and thorough with my Builder's Warranty Home Inspection. He pointed out a lot of things I would've otherwise missed myself, which I can take to my homebuilder while many of these repairs are still covered. He advised me how/what to look for, as I walked with him from room to room and around the property. It's definitely worthwhile to have a third party inspector come out and do a survey of your new home before the warranty expires, especially if you have someone like Mike doing the work.
