I bought a deg to make haleem but it was so small that probably weight 2 lbs in website it says heavy duty and in pictures it look like its atleast 25 to 30 lbs weight and when I called to return it the gentleman said as I payed shipping to buy it I have pay shipping again to return it whenever if someone buy something from them call them and make sure because on their website is totally wrong pictures and info

I have bought many Shaan Tandoors from Nishi . they typically crack after coulple of months and work for couple of years, they always arrived in good condition. That changed with their "new model." This time, they shipped a unit that was damaged prior to transit. Someone at the warehouse clearly tried to cosmetic-patch the structural cracks but failed, and they sent it anyway.<br>I reached out to give them a chance to correct this. They asked what would make it right. I offered to take the risk and keep the unit if they refunded 1/3 of the price which is about same amount for their two way<br>
