I highly recommend OctaGrills! I originally purchased the 47-inch roaster, but after it arrived, I decided to upgrade to the 55-inch model. Their team was kind enough to waive the restocking fee, making the exchange easy.<br><br>Unfortunately, FedEx severely damaged the unopened return package. Even though the shipment wasn't insured enough for a claim, OctaGrills went above and beyond by issuing me a full refund.
