Have been using PCI through various businesses for over 10 years now both East Coast and NY/NJ locations.<br><br>We have sold and purchased equipment to and from them and they have bought multiple large lots from us.<br><br>Today will be my last purchase with PCI due to bizarre communication tactics from office staff.
Amazing auctions! When I stumbled to this website I thought that this would be a scam. It was actually the best auctions site of restaurant equipment that I have ever seen. I now have a lot of amazing stuff thanks to them!
good service, accuracy of auction, good pricing
Absolutely terrible! I have bid in several auctions and have never experienced the unprofessionalism and fraud as I have with them. Do not bid! We will be pursing a lawsuit. Some of their staff are great and wanted to help and apologized. Others were absolutely terrible! They didn't have half our items we bid on! Had to argue with them. Will be taking this up the chain with the state.
3 Months later still no TITLE. Description clearly says Title included. They have said over and over they are working on getting me a title but by law they should have had a title in hand and not sold it with out one and if they did sell it with out one it should have clearly said no title BUT IT SAID IT HAD A TITLE! Im never getting a title. Glad I put half of this on my credit card cus im getting my money back ! So glad I have a amazing credit card company.
